  then PF10(HEX) shows xE9F4 instead of x/43A1 as below

   PC Code:8161(U+2225) -> EBCDIC:DFE5
   PC Code:815C(U+2015) -> EBCDIC:DDB7
   PC Code:FA55(U+FFE4) -> EBCDIC:E9F5
