  Host CodePage:930/939
  If perform 3270 host print in GDI mode or 3270/5250 screen print
  in non-Java mode, the following DBCS letters are garbaged.
   EBCDIC x4260(Fullwidth hypen-minus)
   EBCDIC x43A1(Fullwidth Tilde)
   EBCDIC x447C(Parallel To)
   EBCDIC x444A(Horizontal Bar)
   EBCDIC x426A(Fullwidth Broken Bar)

  Development and Japan support decided that HOD should
  translate these characters in the following manner if
  host code page is 939/930 in case of GDI print/non-Java print.
   EBCDIC          Unicode
   0x4260  ----->  u+FF0D
   0x43A1  ----->  u+FF5E
   0x447C  ----->  u+2225
   0x444A  ----->  u+2015
   0x426A  ----->  u+FFE4
  .
  This mapping should not be toggled by the value of parameter
  UseHodCDRA1399 if HCP of the session is 930/939.
  

Local fix

• Use PDT mode for host print and Java mode print for screen print
  if possible.
