APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IBM eDiscovery Manager Save to Folder operation may fail in a
  Case for a non-Super User if the Case's security includes
  invalid security IDs. In this situation, the user receives a
  DYRS3004E error message with the following text.
  "The case could not be updated. This error can occur for a
  number of reasons, but it typically indicates that you do not
  have sufficient content server privileges to update the
  case. Content server administrator response. Verify that the
  user has the authority necessary to update the case"
  This only applies to environments with FileNet P8 as a backend.
  

Local fix

• Remove all invalid security IDs from the Security tab for each
  eDiscovery Manager role.
  

Problem summary

• The save to folder operation might fail when the case security
  includes invalid security IDs.

• Fixed in 2.2.2.2 IF2.
