Error description

• If the file name of the Lotus Notes database that is used as
  offline repository for IBM Content Collector or the operating
  system account contains multibyte characters (such as Chinese,
  Japanese, or Korean characters), importing archived and stubbed
  documents to the offline repository might not work. When you
  select a document in your local replica database, you might see
  only the stubbed content instead of the original content.
  
  
  This problem affects only documents that have been stubbed
  before offline repository support was enabled. Documents that
  are archived after offline repository support was enabled are
  copied into the offline repository before they are stubbed, so
  they are not affected by the problem.

  Content Collector offline repository support can import
  archived and stubbed documents to the offline repository even

  content, not the stubbed content.
