Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Open CATIA: Assembly workbench and create a new product.
  2. Insert a new part under the product.
  3. With the product activated, insert a Enhanced scene either fr
  om the Insert menu or from the
      enhanced scene icon, click on OK and then exit the enhanced
  scene.
  4. Go to File>Save management and click on save the product as P
  roduct.1 in any directory.
  5. Click on Propagate Directory and then OK. The files are saved
  .
  6. Close the file and then reopen it.
  Problem:
  A message displaying that CATNewScenesStUp.CATfct file is missin
  g comes up even though the CATfct file has been saved in the sam
  e directory. Also the enhanced scene gets deleted.
  Expected Result:
  CATIA should find the CATfct file from the directory and no mess
  age should come up. The enhanced scene should not get deleted.

  Additional Closure Information:
  Incident Diagnosis:
  When the file of Enhanced Scene is saved into the same
  directory as the Top Product and the Product file is opened,
  the CATfct file of Enhanced Scene is missing.
  Technical Reason for closure:
  The issue was opened for the warning displayed while opening
  the saved data in R20 (which was not the case in R19).
  The old behavior was an inconsistent behavior that had been
  considered as a bug and fixed
  accordingly, with no specific PER/PES. This is the reason,
  Warning is displayed from R20 onwards.
  By-Pass:
  Feature Catalogs must be managed according to the
  documentation, when the right catalogs are installed properly
  no warning is displayed.
