V6.4.1 GUI Inaccessible When Web Browser Locale Set to Unsupported Language

Abstract

Storwize V7000, V3500, V3700, Flex System V7000 and SAN Volume Controller systems running V6.4.1 may experience an inaccessible GUI if the locale setting of the web browser used to connect to the GUI is set to an unsupported language.

Until a fix is available, GUI access can be restored by setting the web browser locale to one of the following supported languages:

English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese

Fix:

This issue will be resolved in a future V6.4.1 PTF release.
