Problem
Fix procedures 1225, 1226 and 2500 cannot be executed from the IBM Storwize V7000 Unified GUI. The following error message is displayed: "Unable to proceed - The system is unable to proceed with the fix procedure. Click Close to return to the Management GUI. If the event remains unfixed in the log, contact your IBM Service Centre if further assistance is required."
Resolving The Problem
You should use the IBM Storwize V7000 Control Enclosure GUI to run the following fix procedures:
- 1225
- 1226
- 2500
The IP address for accessing the control enclosure GUI can be determined using the lsstoragesystem command from the IBM Storwize V7000 Unified Management CLI.
