How do I find what release or version of OPOS, JavaPOS is in the UPOS package?
Answer
The information can be found by clicking....
Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > IBM(R) UnifiedPOS(TM) for Windows
> Click here for support information.
This version number is the one you need to use for support. Other version numbers are internal and are not needed when submitting a problem report.
