This TECHDOC provides links for up to date inforamtion on what is needed for clients to send IBM data.

IBM will be removing the anonymous ID from our servers (testcase.boulder.ibm.com) on June 21. There is a new process for sending IBM data.

To request an IBM ID

Have an ID but forgot your password
Use the above URL and select Already have an IBM ID.


Then put in your e-mail address or IBM ID and press continue

Click on forgot password to reset
