Please use these links to find PTF cover letters. Once you select the release you will then get a screen with a search bar where you put in the specific PTF you are looking for and you will then be presented with the cover letter for that PTF..
Release 710
For PTF cover letters after July 15, 2021
Release 740
For PTF cover letters on or before July 19,2021
Release 750
PTF cover letters for 750
