This document describes the Special Authorities that a user needs to use the GO LICPGM menu.
Resolving The Problem
When I type GO LICPGM, the menu is blank or is missing options. Message CPD6A64 can also be seen when attempting to use these missing options.
To see the options on GO LICPGM, you must give the user a CLASS higher than *USER in the user profile.
Note: It does not matter what Special Authorities the user profile has. Only the CLASS matters. For example, a User Profile with a CLASS of *PGMR, but no special authorities, sees the options on GO LICPGM.
