Caution: This is not supported by IBM®. Use this at your own risk. The following operation removes the user YOUNGR2 from IBM® OfficeVision®/400. This should be done only when the user has no USER PROFILE and has no SDD entry in the system directory.

The following operation removes the user YOUNGR2 from OfficeVision®/400. This should be done only when the user has no USER PROFILE and has no SDD entry in the system associated with it. T his problem is most evident after upgrades.

On the OS/400 command line, type the following:

STRSQL

Press the Enter key. Then, type:

Note: This command is case sensitive and should be typed as indicated.

DELETE FROM QUSRSYS/QAOFENRB WHERE enrden = 'YOUNGR2'


where enrden is the user ID being deleted. Press the Enter key.
