Steps
For many years IBM asked clients to submit an RFE (Request for Enhancement) if a product was missing a feature or function that was expected or desirable. That RFE process has been migrated to a program called "IBM ideas". To create a new "idea" visit this site. Once the idea is created, you can monitor its progress.
