APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
The latest ECC Common Client release (2.3.2) now provides high
speed download support using port 443. This will eliminate the
need for port 80 for SNDPTFORD and all other ECC electronic
support. This would require a PTF to...
1. Include ECC release 2.3.2.
2. Replace existing TQserrano*.jar with TQserrano-3.27.15.jar 2.
A minor change to SNDPTFORD code that calls ECC. Request
transport DDPS instead of using the default transport (DDP).

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE69740 :
-----------------------------
SNDPTFORD will be changed to use port 443.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE69740 :
--------------------------------
None.
