APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Cumulative PTF package C5135 was applied to R720 (also happens
after apply Tech Refresh #10). After restart of system from
applying PTFs, *LAN 3812 SNMP print writers will no longer
start. Fails immediately with MSGCPD337A and MSGCPF3473 in the
print writer joblog.
Communication trace shows that no UDP packet is sent (SNMP
packet) to printer, and IBM i ends the connection after
establishing an initial successful connection to port 9100

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE62113 :
-----------------------------
The driver program was calling snmpGetnext() with a PDU type
that is only valid for snmpGet().  The driver has always done
this, but until recently the error was tolerated by SNMP.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE62113 :
--------------------------------
Remove PTF SI55538 or SI55966.
