APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Performing a SETASPGRP to gain access into an iASP appears hung
while waiting for a mutex to release a lock from a previous
process.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE61227 :
-----------------------------
The operating system code has been modified to release the mutex
in a more timely fashion so that other tasks can obtain it
quicker.
