Application of this PTF may disable or render ineffective programs that
use system memory addresses not generated by the IBM translator,
including programs that circumvent control technology designed to limit
interactive capacity to purchased levels. This PTF may be a prerequisite
for future PTFs. By applying this PTF you authorize and agree to the
foregoing.
This PTF is subject to the terms of the license agreement which
accompanied, or was contained in, the Program for which you are obtaining
the PTF. You are not authorized to install or use the PTF except as part
of a Program for which you have a valid Proof of Entitlement.

APAR Error Description / Circumvention

SQL statement step is not supported in IBM i System GUI
Debugger. When debugging SQL programs with GUI debugger, each
time developers issue the step over command or press the step
over button, only a C statement is stepped over. Multiple steps
will be needed to step a SQL statement.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE57056 :
-----------------------------
With this PTF applied when debugging SQL programs with System
GUI Debugger developers can step over a SQL statement by issuing
the step over command once or pressing the step over button only
one time.

Special Instructions
Before applying or removing the PTF, please use command ENDTCPSVR
SERVER(*DBG) to shut down the debugger hub. To start the debugger hub
please use command STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DBG).
