APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
VL1000220A Telnet gsk_secure_soc_startInit() fails with
GSK_ERROR_BAD_PEER and failure is also posted on
waitForIOCompletion() causing telnet to cleanup an object twice.

Depending on timing, the SSL handshake is posted to the IO
completion port with a reference to the already freed resources
and an errno of EBADF (3450).

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA45526 :
-----------------------------
A handshake started with gsk_secure_soc_startInit() that fails
is now only posted to the completion port and
gsk_secure_soc_startInit() returns
GSK_OS400_ASYNCHRONOUS_SOC_INIT.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA45526 :

None.
