APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-------------------------------------------------
If an adapter is DLPAR removed and a tape resource is deleted
the hardware resource information (HRI) is destroyed and not
re-created when the adapter is DLPAR added and the drive reports
back in to the system. The tape hardware driver needs to check
for the destroyed HRI and create new HRI when the device reports
back in.

A deadlock may occur between two tasks if a muli-path failover
fails and another job tries to display the status of the tape
devices (WRKMLBSTS or WRKCFGSTS) while the failover is
occurring.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA45413' :
-------------------------------
The code has been changed to detect when the HRI is destroyed
and create new HRI.

The code has been changed to prevent the deadlock when a
multi-path failover fails.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR 'MA45413' :
