APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Prevention of excessive error messages associated with the same
device failure resulting in the following errors:  SRC6717FFF4,
SRC6718FFF4, SRC6719FFF4, SRC4326FFF4, SRC4327FFF4, SRC4328FFF4.

During normal runtime with auxiliary cache the following errors
may occur:  SRC27573400, SRC27803400, SRC571E3400, SRC571F3400,
SRC57083400, SRC574F3400, SRC575B3400, SRC27579072, SRC27809072,
SRC571E9072, SRC571F9072, SRC57089072, SRC574F9072, SRC575B9072.

During normal runtime the following errors may occur:
SRC571A8150, SRC571B8150, SRC574F8150, SRC575B8150, SRC571A8157,
SRC571B8157, SRC574F8157, SRC575B8157.

During system IPL or PTF apply the following errors may occur:
SRC27578150, SRC27808150, SRC571E8150, SRC571F8150, SRC57088141,
SRC574F8141, SRC575B8141. If this PTF is not permanently
applied, this error could still be seen when applying future
PTFs or performing an A mode IPL.

ery media which includes this fix.

If there are existing cache battery pack warnings, the cache battery
packs must be replaced via normal service procedures before this
PTF is applied.

This PTF will be automatically permanently applied.
