Abstract
RDARS-INCORROUT MSG ARS1119E DOES NOT PROVIDE FILE NAME THAT IS
IN ERROR
Error Description
Customer has generic indexing processing with a set of indexes
in a file pointing to file names and during processing -
ARS1119E occurs but the message text shows File >0< .
Customer needs to know which of the many files being processed
is empty or does'nt exist, but the message ARS1119E does not
contain the file name that is causing the failure.
Problem Summary
Customer attempts to load a list of files that have been indexed
with the Generic indexer. The list of .pdf files to be loaded
is specified in the .ind file that is provided for the load. If
one or more of the specified .pdf files does not exist, the load
fails. Messages include ARS1119E to indicate an empty file, but
the filename included in the message is '0'. The message should
indicate which one of the many files being processed is empty
(or does not exist).
Problem Conclusion
The program that sends the ARS1119E message has been corrected
to specify the problem file name rather than the value of '0'.
