results in having to reinstall products and then reinstall the

Problem Conclusion
This change provides the ability to call QPZSYNC with a new
action parameter value to find all PTFs with missing required
objects and mark them Damaged. The damaged PTFs can then
re-installed without having to reinstall the products.
