Abstract
LIC-INCORROUT OPS CONSOLE INCORRECT PW CAUSES CLIENT ERR 655
Error Description
The ops console client reports a com 655 error, because the
ops console TN5250 state machine is in two states at once.
An incorrect password error is pending, but the state machine
returns to active state.
Problem Summary

Problem Conclusion
When the skip console status information screen is enabled and
during the sign on process a incorrect password is entered,
the ops console TN5250 state machine will return to active
state but there a incorrect password error message pending. The
ops console state machine becomes stuck in an invalid state.
The LIC Ops console code was changed to check for possible
password problems before returning to active state.
