Additional clarification: If this error happens in iASP,
the iASP will terminate. MSGCPIB711 in QHST and
VL060033F5 with 85 exception issued about 10 minutes
before CPIB711. This error is not possible if RGZPFM
ALWCANCEL(*NO) is used.

Problem Conclusion
This PTF will ensure that journal entries are forced to disk so
that pinned pages related to those journal entries may be
written to disk prior to clearing and forcing those cleared
pages.
