*
Loop in the service TCP/IP stack after a connection was reset,
causes all communications to stop.
Problem Conclusion
While closing the connection that received the TCP reset, a
control block was incorrectly referenced after being freed, and
led to improper processing when a new connection was received
and used that same storage. The error has been corrected.
