This could be a combination of Microsoft and VMware View settings so check the following documents and registry settings if you have this issue. The settings tab allows the client end user to change their screen resolution size.
Settings tab is not available in the Display control panel of a View desktop in local mode, or using PCoIP protocol
In addition check these values
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Agent\Configuration
ToggleDisplaySettings to false
Also verify that in
NoDisplaySettingsPage to 0
