Resolving The Problem
Error message: "Batch system concurrent query limit exceeded ... retrying in 1 second"
This message is displayed when the concurrent job query exceeds the defined valued of MAX_CONCURRENT_JOB_QUERY. Check whether your cluster has configured MAX_CONCURRENT_JOB_QUERY in configuration file lsb.params. Increase the value of the parameter if you see the error message often.
