  Notes:
  There is no longer the need to define the FW partitions
  including the MCS_1 partition for a LinuxONE Emperor 4.
  These partitions are present
  without the need to defined them in HCD.
  Any attempt to define the partitions 'B'-'F' in
  channel subsystem 5 will result in an error message.
