APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• VM66433 did not force a logical pre-req of VM66439.  So, if
  VM66433 is installed without VM66439, an SVC003 abend will
  occur during z/VM initialization.
  

Local fix

• Ensure to install VM66433 along with VM66439.
