Error description

  • An HTT001 abend will occur in the first level z/VM system
when running on a Z15 or LinuxONE III machine when a second
level guest issues a CP IPL <vdev> DUMP command to a SCSI
    device.
This only occurs with the combination of Z15 hardware and
a SCSI standalone dump device. Other levels of hardware and
ECKD standalone dump devices are not affected.

would not be updated that might go past the end of the maximum
