  In a mixed SSI environment with 6.4 and pre-6.4 members the ARD
  comparison routine can give incorrect results. This can lead to
  problems with live guest relocation functions on a second level
  system. This can create a problem for the PUT2PROD EXEC.

• The ARD comparison routine is updated to give proper output when
  comparing 6.4 and pre-6.4 member ARDs.
