• HCD Modify PCIe function for acclist gets rc=107 when existing
  LPAR from Candidate list is moved to ACClist.

  LPAR from Candidate list is moved to ACClist.
  

Problem conclusion

• In the PROCPCI subroutine for MODIFY PCI ADD IMAGE ACCESS
  processing was changed to fill in the candidate partiton list
  with the existing and added partitions.  This matches the
  existing processing for the initial access list, thereby
  preventing the RC107 error condition (since the initial access
  partition will also now be in the candidate partiion list).
