Error description

  • After APAR VM65719 is installed, RACF options changed by the
SETROPTS command, for example PASSWORD(ALGORITHM(KDFAES)),
are not changed in the secondary RACF database.

After the PTF for APAR VM65719 is installed, RACF options
changed by the SETROPTS command are not changed in the secondary
RACF database.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A code change in VM65719 inadvertently caused I/O directed
towards the RACF secondary database to be redirected to the
primary database. The code has been changed to correct this.
