VM65540: ICKDSF REMOTE FLASHCOPY FAILS IN A GM ENVIRONMENT

• An ICKDSF Remote Flashcopy is failing in a GM environment with
  command reject .

  Command rejects occur on a Flashcopy Establish CCW when the
  target of the FC is a remote PPRC volume.  ICKDSF running in
  VM encountered this when the remote FC was initiated.
  

Problem conclusion

• HCPMD3 has been updated to prevent the command reject.
