APAR VM65460 in the CMS component contains new IMAGE files.
Three of those files (SSPI71, SSPK71 and SSPP71), along with the
SADU71 IMAGE file in the CP component, are used by the SDINST
utility to install the stand-alone dump program to DASD.
Changes are needed in SADU71 IMAGE or else the following error
occurs when running SDINST.

  HCPSDI8696E AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED AND STAND-ALONE
