Error description

• ABENDFRE016 occurs when RESET SUMMARY UC processing gets
  called twice for the same SUMMARY UC condition resulting
  in the same IORBK storage being released twice.

  ABENDFRE016 occurs when RESET SUMMARY UC processing gets
  called twice for the same SUMMARY UC condition resulting
  in the same IORBK storage being released twice.
  

Problem conclusion

• ABENDFRE016 - Summary UC processing was modified to save the
  summary UC copy IORBK address in the associated CUIBK so
  when the release of the IORBK storage is done the new
  field will be used to make sure that the IORBK storage
  is only released once, thus preventing the ABENDFRE016.
