  • This APAR, VM65179, provides a new tool for SMAPI called
SMSTATUS EXEC.  SMSTATUS makes it easy to capture data about the
SMAPI environment for submission to IBM when a problem in the
SMAPI environment is suspected.  Instructions for the setup and
use of SMSTATUS are documented in Appendix F of the z/VM 6.2.0
Systems Management Application Programming book (SC24-6234-04).
