  This APAR, VM64904, provides Systems Management Application
  Programming support for zEnterprise ensemble environments.
  
  All required service in support of the zEnterprise Unified
  Resource Manager is included with VM64822.

Problem conclusion

•      New function was added to the z/VM Systems Management
  Application Programming programming interfaces (SMAPI) via APAR
  VM64813, which is included with APAR VM64822 (the ordering
  mechanism for zEnterprise Unified Resource Manager support).
  This APAR, VM64904, provides additional updates and corrections
  to both existing SMAPI function and the new/updated function
  provided in VM64813.  It is strongly recommended that all
  installations that installed VM64813 directly or through VM64822
  also apply this APAR.
