Error description

• When attempting to use the FM CICS transaction to access
  FM/CICS, receive the following message:
  
   FMNCA021 FUNCTION: READ, ERROR CODE: 54, RETURN CODE: -1

Problem summary

  *                      message FMNCA021 FUNCTION: READ, ERROR  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The common server was not always correctly recognizing an
  intrasystem connection, resulting in failed communications
  between the local peers.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Common Server has been updated in order to correctly
  recognize an intrasystem request and the communication works as
  expected.
