PM98998: UNEXPECTED VALUES SEEN WHEN OPENING FA IN RDZ.

Error description

• The customer installed FA v12.1.0.11 plugin under RDz.
  
  When RDz is invoked in French, in the FA perspective, the
  pulldown on a view does not indicate how to add a history file
  to the view.
  
  When we right-click on the view, we get the following :
  
    *PLACEHOLDER*
    *PLACEHOLDER*
    ouvrir
    rafraichir
    supprimer
  
  The icon in front of the second *PLACEHOLDER* shows a + meaning
  Add When clicking on this entry, we can add a history file to
  the view.
  
  When RDz is invoked in English, right-click on a view gives :
  
    Add system
    Add history file to view
    Open
    Refresh
    Remove
