User seeing several ABEND282 RC20 each day for Fault Analyzer. The cause is a RACHECK (SVC82) request by IDICSV10 + x'B8' that doesn't provide an Entity Name or Resource Profile as the ENTX pointer from the RACHECK points to spaces (x'40')
