  * USERS AFFECTED: Enterprise COBOL V5.1 users who are          *
  *                 using the COBOL SORT statement to            *
  *                 sort very large sequential files.            *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The interface between the COBOL         *
  *                      runtime library and the call into       *
  *                      DFSORT did not handle a case            *
  *                      when very large internal sort buffer    *
  *                      is required. As a result, memory in     *
  *                      DFSORT was corrupted, and caused an     *
  *                      abend.                                  *

  There was an error in the call from the COBOL runtime
  library into DFSORT.
