    into the z/OSMF Configuration assistant. The resulting backing
    store file built by FFI has different port references than what

    This apar contains cumulative maintenance fixed for the
    following z/MF Configuration Assistant(CA) defect:
     -In AT-TLS stack rule, if local port field contain multiple
      ports separated by commas, and do an install of the AT-TLS
      policy file, after that if user do import policy data of this
      file, ports setting will be different with what originally
      existed.
