PM92425: ABEND0C4 IN IPVSRVSL WHEN TRYING TO CONNECT TO CICS EXPLORER

Error description

• When trying to connect to CICS Explorer, ABEND0C4 in module
  IPVSRVSL, function strcpy(char*,const char*) +x'60' due to
  invalid parms being passed.

  parameter area, possibly leading to an abends0C4.

• PDTCC Common Server has been corrected. The check connection
  function will operate as intended.
