Error description

  • Issuing the netstat conn command using a client filter with a
    value of 'SMC' will produce the following error message:
    EZZ0401I SYNTAX ERROR IN FILE: <CONSOLE> ON LINE: 1 AT: 'SMC'
    
    
    Verifications steps:
    1) Issue the following command from SDSF:
    /d tcpip,,n,conn,cli=smc
    
    2) You should receive the following error message:
    EZZ0401I SYNTAX ERROR IN FILE: <CONSOLE> ON LINE: 1 AT: 'SMC'

    The DISPLAY TCPIP,,NETSTAT command was incorrectly processing
    the CLIENT filter value.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The DISPLAY TCPIP,,NETSTAT command has been changed to correctly
    process the CLIENT filter value.
