  This PTF provides the update part of the replication engine for
  enabling the IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator for z/OS Version 3.1.
  
  It fixes the following problem:

  * USERS AFFECTED: All IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator for z/OS   *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Replication for a SQL update operation  *
  * of a TIME or TIMESTAMP column fails when the value is        *
  * 24:00:00. The Replication is stopped afterwards.             *
  * The Data Studio GUI shows a similar message to the message   *
  * below in the replication events view:                        *
