    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After system was removed from *
    * ensemble, the stack allowed *
    * OSX interfaces to recover. *
    *                                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    After system was removed from
    ensemble, OSX sent a STOPLAN signal for each
    OSX interface. After a 5-second timer, the
    stack send a STARTLAN to recover the
    interface without verifying that the
    system was still in the ensemble.

Problem conclusion

  • Change EZBIFIND to prevent OSX and OSM interfaces
    from recovering when the system is no longer
    in the ensemble.
