  When Omproute is started a check is made to compare the date
  Omproute expects in its message catalog to the date that is
  in the message catalog. Omproute expects the incorrect date
  2008 135 17:15 UTC and the message catalog has the correct date
  2010 354 21:03 UTC. Since these dates do not match message
  EZZ8071I is issued. However a correct version of the message
  catalog is used for all Omproute messages.
