  During the processing of a PCF command, an S0C4 abend may occur
  in the queue manager in the location CSQMLPLM.CSQMDRTP.
  
  This abend is caused by the use of optional parameters in
  CSQMDRTP. The use of these optional parameters were added as
  part of UK80216. This additional code does not check that these
  parameters have been passed to the module. These may not be
  passed in certain scenarios, such as PCF commands attempting to
  query a queue that does not exist on the queue manager.
  

Problem conclusion

• The PCF command processing has been amended to ensure the
  optional parameters are treated as such in csqmdrtp. This
  will ensure they are used only when passed into the module.
