Error description
It seems that FA determined that the transaction has a 3270 terminal and wants to capture the buffer. It issues EXEC CICS RECEIVE buffer but the buffer is never returned. And so the ZCIOWAIT. The FA Development team would like to address this problem by enhancing IDIZZNOS behaviour, so that the customer can tell FA to skip the capture of the 3270 buffer in this situation.
